This approach is effective in instilling religious values such as discipline, politeness, and honesty in the daily lives of students with special needs. Teachers' role models in attitudes, speech, and daily behavior make it easier for students to emulate Islamic values. This strategy helps students internalize moral and spiritual values, although it has weaknesses in the form of dependence on role models, requiring a long time for comprehensive behavioral changes, and challenges in maintaining consistency at school and home. The implications of the study are a reference for teachers, principals, and managers of special education institutions in designing character learning strategies Keywords: Implementation, Affective Learning Strategy, Habituation, Role Model, Religious Character
