The role of teachers and student motivation are crucial factors influencing learning success, including in Arabic Language subjects. At MTsN 4 Dagangan Madiun, students' Arabic language learning achievement remains low and varied. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of teacher competence on Arabic language learning achievement; (2) the influence of student motivation on Arabic language learning achievement; and (3) the simultaneous influence of teacher competence and student motivation on Arabic language learning achievement at MTsN 4 Dagangan Madiun. This study used a quantitative correlational approach with questionnaire instruments and multiple linear regression analysis on 100 students. The results show that teacher competence partially influences Arabic language learning achievement. Student motivation also partially influences learning achievement. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence with an F value of 15.056 and Sig. 0.000, and an R square (R²) value of 23.7%. The implications of this study emphasize the need for developing teacher professionalism and learning strategies that can foster student learning motivation to improve Arabic language academic achievement.
